  1. What does an online course consist of?
    An online training course is generated by a software and is subsequently deposited on a platform that people can access for use through their computer, tablet or smartphone, from home or from the office and at any time of the day. The course management component, i.e. the "Learning Management System" will monitor the student's learning phase: each activity performed, the answers to the questions, the time spent, etc. will be recorded so that the course administrator (virtual teacher) can evaluate whether the student has achieved his/her goals.

  2. Come posso iscrivermi ad un corso on line?
    If you are reading these notes, it is because you entered as a guest, but this is not enough to be able to register for courses open to everyone. To  access these courses independently, you need to register on the moodle platform through the dedicated page of the site. The system will send a confirmation email to the email address provided during registration, which must be clicked on  to validate registration (if you do not receive the email, check your spam box before contacting us). Once validated, the credentials you created can be used to log in and independently enrol in the courses you want using the appropriate registration tab. Self-registration is also allowed for any paid courses, which takes place after completing the purchase of the course by paying with the Paypal system.

  3. How many times can I look at the course I have purchased?
    The purchase of a course entitles you to free use for a period of 180 days, unless otherwise specified in the introductory notes of the course. 

  4. What happens when the course license period ends?
    At the end of the period indicated in the purchase phase, the system automatically unsubscribes the user, who, however, remains registered on the platform and will eventually have to communicate to info@erudire.it his/her desire to be deleted from the database.

  5. If I purchase a product by sending the registration form and pay by bank transfer, how do I access the course?
    Once the payment has been verified, within 48 hours, you will receive the login credentials at the email address you provided. A username and password must be entered in the appropriate window at the top right of the erudire.it site

  6. I have received my credentials but I cannot find the course(s) I have purchased
    You must enter the "My courses" section that you can find highlighted in the menu, after logging in.

  7. How can I customize courses for my company?
    In addition to the wide range of products already available, it is possible to create training courses that meet specific business needs by contacting us directly or selecting the courses of interest from the catalogue and submitting a request to obtain the necessary use licenses.

  1. In cosa consiste un corso on line?
    Un corso di formazione on line è generato da un un software e viene successivamente depositato su una piattaforma a cui le persone possono accedere per la fruizione mediante il proprio computer, tablet o smartphone, da casa o dall'ufficio ed in qualsiasi momento della giornata. La presenza del componente di gestione del corso, il cosiddetto "Learning Management System" monitorerà la fase di apprendimento dello studente: ogni attività svolta, le risposte alle domande, il tempo di permanenza, ecc. verranno registrate affinchè l'amministratore del corso (docente virtuale) possa valutare se lo studente ha raggiunto i propri obbiettivi o meno.

  2. Come posso iscrivermi ad un corso on line?
    Se stai leggendo queste note è perchè sei entrato come ospite, ma questo non è sufficiente per potersi iscrivere ai corsi aperti a tutti. Per accedere in modo autonomo a questi corsi occorre effettuare l’iscrizione alla piattaforma moodle mediante la pagina dedicata del sito. Il sistema invierà una mail di conferma all’indirizzo email fornito in fase di registrazione  che occorre cliccare per validare la registrazione (nel caso in cui non ricevi la mail, controlla la casella spam, prima di contattarci). Una volta validate, le credenziali da te create possono essere utilizzate per effettuare il login e iscriversi in autonomia ai corsi desiderati mediante l’apposito tasto di iscrizione.  Anche per eventuali corsi a pagamento è consentita l'auto iscrizione che si concretizza dopo aver completato l'acquisto del corso mediante pagamento con sistema Paypal.

  3. Quante volte posso riguardare il corso che ho acquistato?
    L'acquisto di un corso dà diritto all'uso libero dello stesso per un periodo di 180 giorni, salvo quanto diversamente specificato nelle note introduttive del corso.

  4. Cosa succede quando termina il periodo di licenza del corso?
    Al termine del periodo indicato in fase di acquisto, il sistema disiscrive in automatico l'utente, che però rimane registrato alla piattaforma e dovrà eventualmente comunicare a info@erudire.it la volontà di essere cancellato dalla banca dati

  5. Se acquisto un prodotto inviando la scheda di iscrizione ed effettuo il pagamento tramite bonifico bancario, come accedo al corso? 
    Verificato l'avvenuto pagamento, riceverai, entro 48 ore, le credenziali di accesso all'indirizzo mail che ci hai fornito. Username e password vanno inserite nell'apposita maschera in alto a destra del sito erudire.it

  6. Ho ricevuto le credenziali ma non riesco a trovare il corso/i da me acquistato/i
    Devi entrare nella sezione "I miei corsi" che trovi nel menù in evidenza, dopo aver effettuato il login.

  7. In che modo è possibile personalizzare i corsi per la mia azienda?
    Oltre alla vasta gamma di prodotti già disponibili, è possibile creare percorsi formativi che rispondano alle specifiche esigenze aziendali contattandoci direttamente o selezionando, dal catalogo, i corsi di interesse ed inoltrando la richiesta per ottenere le necessarie licenze d'uso.

  8. Come posso aggiungere i badge ottenuti su erudire.it al mio backpack?
