- What does an online course consist
of?
An online training course is generated by a software and
is subsequently deposited on a platform that people can access for use
through their computer, tablet or smartphone, from home or from the office
and at any time of the day. The course management component, i.e. the
"Learning Management System" will monitor the student's
learning phase: each activity performed, the answers to the questions, the
time spent, etc. will be recorded so that the course administrator (virtual
teacher) can evaluate whether the student has achieved his/her
goals.
- How can I enrol in an online course?
If you are reading these notes, it is because you
entered as a guest, but this is not enough to be able to register for
courses open to everyone. To access these courses independently, you need
to register on the moodle platform through the dedicated page of the site. The system will send a
confirmation email to the email address provided during registration, which
must be clicked on to validate registration (if you do not receive the
email, check your spam box before contacting us).
If the spam folder also contains nothing, click on this link and enter the email you used during registration in the appropriate field. At this point, you should be able to receive the link to complete your registration (again, make sure to check the spam folder).
Once validated, the
credentials you created can be used to log in and independently enrol in the
courses you want using the appropriate registration tab. Self-registration
is also allowed for any paid courses, which takes place after completing the
purchase of the course by paying with the Paypal system.
- How many times can I look at the
course I have purchased?
The purchase of a course entitles you
to free use for a period of 180 days, unless otherwise
specified in the introductory notes of the course.
- What happens when the course license
period ends?
At the end of the period indicated in the
purchase phase, the system automatically unsubscribes the user, who,
however, remains registered on the platform and will eventually have to
communicate to webmaster@conform.it his/her desire to be deleted
from the database.
- If I purchase a product by sending
the registration form and pay by bank transfer, how do I access the
course?
Once the payment has been verified, within 48 hours,
you will receive the login credentials at the email address you provided. A
username and password must be entered in the appropriate window at the top
right of the erudire.it site
- I have received my credentials but I
cannot find the course(s) I have purchased
You must enter the
"My courses" section that you can find highlighted in the menu, after
logging in.
- How can I customize courses for my
company?
In addition to the wide range of products already
available, it is possible to create training courses that meet specific
business needs by contacting us directly or selecting the courses of
interest from the catalogue and submitting a request to obtain the necessary
use licenses.
